Initially when I joined this program, (2 years back) first 2-3 sessions I didn't understand anything properly. Slowly I started to understand the statements, the tapping and the affirmations. I started practicing little seriously and started deriving good results this programs have given me to be balanced, to be calm & helped me not to jump to conclusions. Ho'opnopono is of great help to me. Really a very good program & wish everyone learns it. Thank you for introducing these techniques to us.

This program became a habit for me as it reduces my fear, worries & procrastination. It reduced unnecessary talking. During my mom's serious illness tapping gave me courage to face the situation boldly. It makes our dreams come true: I play throwball tournaments conducted by Rotary. After 3yrs this year I joined & wished to do my best.My innermind decided to get the trophy & get individual recognition. We won the match &they selected me as All rounder of the tournament from 60 players.

Missing a lovely soul for 10 yrs tho mistake was not mine. When introduced to hoponopono,I had an ego to say sorry as fault was other's. Practicing it helped come out of my guilt. I do it every night before bed,for mistakes done unknowingly &knowingly.36 breaths technique & 2nd meditation helped me a lot.now I am able to throw off negativity,if any.Last year mom had surgery for cancer.I still tap for her.At 88,she is ok now. I'm proud to be a student of Bhavesh sir & our family is thankful to him
